Investigations of physical
properties of the long-living plasma formations, arising from the high
voltage erosive discharge through the surface of weak water solution
(LLPF-WD), have been continued using filtered videorecoding. Near
ultraviolet and near infrared images of the objects at different stages
of their formation and evolution have been obtained. Ultraviolet
luminescence of the objects during about 0.2 – 0.3 s has been
discovered, which evidences the presence of metastable states with high
excitation level and implies non-equilibrium character of the energy
storing in LLPF-WD.
